Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. A legal disclaimer

All payments made to Genix VA are non‑refundable.

By purchasing any of our services or subscription plans, you acknowledge and agree that:

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including early cancellation, lack of use, or change of mind.

All fees are due in advance for the agreed billing period (for example, monthly) and are earned upon payment.

If you are unsure whether our services are right for you, we recommend starting with a smaller package or a shorter initial term before committing long‑term.

2. Performance & Lead Guarantees

Instead of refunds, we offer a performance‑based guarantee on all packages.

2.1. Lead Criteria
Before we begin work, we will agree in writing (by email or contract) on:

The type of leads you want (for example: distressed properties, divorce cases, pre‑foreclosure, fix & flip, buy‑and‑hold, etc.).

The markets/areas we will target.

Any other important requirements (for example: minimum equity, property type, owner profile, or deal size).

Only leads that meet the agreed criteria will count towards your guaranteed minimum.

2.2. Minimum Lead Guarantee
For each package, we provide a minimum lead guarantee rather than a refund.

If we do not reach the agreed minimum number of qualified leads in a billing period, we will continue calling and working at no extra charge until the minimum is met.

This may mean:

Adding extra calling time within the current period, and/or

Extending the work into the next period until we hit the agreed minimum.
This guarantee is our way of standing behind our work while keeping a clear no‑refund policy.

2.3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
Our guarantee covers our activity and delivery of qualified leads, not the outcome of your deals. We do not and cannot guarantee:

That every lead will answer, be interested, or agree to speak with you.

That any lead will sign a contract, close a deal, or result in revenue for you.

Any specific profit, ROI, or business result.

You are responsible for your own negotiation, underwriting, decision‑making, and deal closings.

3. Client Responsibilities

Our ability to deliver results and honor our guarantee depends on your cooperation. To keep the guarantee valid, you agree to:

Provide clear and realistic lead criteria and approve them in writing before we start.

Respond promptly to our questions, feedback requests, and list/script approval.

Use the CRM or tracking method we provide (or agree on) so leads and activity are recorded correctly.

Avoid major changes to your criteria, markets, or scope without discussing and updating our agreement and, if needed, our pricing.

If you significantly change your criteria or delay us (for example, by not approving scripts, lists, or markets in a timely manner), the time needed to reach the guaranteed minimum may be adjusted.

Weekly meetings are used to review performance, align expectations, and make necessary adjustments. These meetings do not create any additional refund rights beyond what is stated in this policy.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

You may cancel future renewals of your plan according to the notice period in your agreement (for example, before the next billing date).

Cancellation stops future charges, but it does not create any right to a refund for amounts already paid.

If you cancel while we are still working to reach your guaranteed minimum, we are not obligated to continue work past your paid period.
